Health Score, speed and schedules
The Health Score is the share of pages with no errors. Warnings and notices are listed, with why each matters and how to fix it, but don't lower it, so the number moves when you fix what matters most.
Page speed comes from Google PageSpeed Insights: a lab test of any page, plus what real Chrome visitors experienced (LCP, INP and CLS) when Google has enough data. Every Live URL check also runs Google Lighthouse beside Rankbist's own result.
Scheduled audits run weekly or monthly and compare with the last one: issues fixed, issues new, and the Health Score over time. Every package includes Site Audit; Start for free gets one 25-page audit a month.
To see whether Google has actually indexed the pages a scan finds, use Google indexing; to generate the sitemap, robots.txt and schema from a scan, see technical SEO files.
Single pages
Paste the address of a public page. Rankbist fetches it, pulls out the main article and scores it with the full engine.
The fetcher refuses private and internal addresses, re-checks every redirect and caps the page size, so a URL check can't be used to reach anything it shouldn't.
How a site scan behaves
It starts from your sitemap, then follows links on the same domain. It obeys robots.txt and crawl delays.
Because a real scan takes time, it runs in the background and shows progress such as “Scanning 12 of 40”.
You confirm that you own the site or have permission to scan it before a scan starts.
Where a check looks at a sample rather than everything (external links, image files, JavaScript rendering), the report says how many it looked at.
